By accessing and using 4Wins ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

4Wins is a personal accountability and habit-building application that helps users achieve daily goals across four categories: physical, mental, spiritual, and social.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of 4Wins, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4Wins is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Wins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

10. Severability
